§ 135-6. Merchandise excluded from sale.

A.
No merchandise shall become the subject of any sale licensed pursuant to this chapter if it has not been listed in the application for the license as goods, wares or merchandise in stock or in transit.

B.
No merchandise shall become the subject of any sale licensed pursuant to this chapter if it has previously been the subject of a licensed sale unless the original licensee conducts the subsequent sale under a subsequent license.
