§ 166-3. Parking of inoperable vehicles in the open on private property prohibited.

No person or organization, excluding licensed motor vehicle dealers, shall park or permit another person to park or stand any unlicensed or uninspected, wrecked, scrapped, ruined, dismantled, nonrepairable, salvage or abandoned motor vehicles or automobiles, truck-campers, trailers, or parts thereof, in the open on private property in the City of Sunbury, except as provided in this chapter.
