§ 79-1. Dumping restrictions; prohibited activity deemed a nuisance.

No person or persons shall be allowed to throw or dump any rubbish, trash or garbage anywhere within the limits of the City of Sunbury other than the disposal area established by the City of Sunbury, and such activity or conduct shall constitute a public nuisance.
