§ 121-10. Bad checks.

The officers and agents of the City shall have the right to process criminal bad check offenses against any individuals or entities that attempt to make payments to the City with checks drawn on accounts with insufficient funds. The City shall further assess a charge of $25 for all bad checks that must be processed as a bad check offense.
