§ 121-9. Violations and penalties.

  • A. 
    Any person violating any of the following provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction therefor, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $300 and costs of prosecution, and in default of the payment thereof, shall undergo imprisonment for not less than 10 days nor more than 90 days:
    (1)

    B. 
    Any person violating any of the following provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction therefor, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $300 and costs of prosecution, and in default of the payment thereof, shall undergo imprisonment for not less than 10 days nor more than 90 days:
